Order Processing Time
Our order processing time is 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time required to prepare and pack your order after it is placed.
NOTE: Orders submitted before 12:00 AM EST will begin processing on the same business day; orders placed after this cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping time is 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location in Canada.
Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is therefore 2-10 working days (processing + shipping combined).

- Free shipping across Canada.
- No hidden fees or handling charges.
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- You can track your package on our Track My Order page.
- If you have not received your tracking information or if the tracking link does not work, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Address Changes
- We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
- If you wish to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations
- We can accept cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

- In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to external factors.
- If your shipment is delayed beyond the standard delivery period, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us for further instructions.
